As well as performing pre-disturbance assessments and conservation/reclamation and construction plans, we execute environmental assessments for pad, pit, facility and linear development and provide experienced construction monitors during build-outs.
We currently design, manage and implement EPEA monitoring programs in the fields of wetlands, vegetation, water, soils and wildlife for major oil and gas lease holders. Our team of professional agrologists, biologists and hydrogeologists, provide high-end assessments, modelling, monitoring and analysis. We take pride in working with our clients and regulators in looking for innovative solutions to reduce redundancy, eliminate obsolete and non-productive tasks and provide valued results.
HGC performs environmental site assessments (Phase I, Phase II and Phase III) in rural and urban settings, to support our clients in their understanding of environmental liabilities and potential remediation needed. HGC evaluates innovative solutions for reclamation, working with clients to incorporate stakeholder- endorsed solutions, while meeting their regulatory requirements. HGC has designed and implemented reclamation and interim reclamation plans as well as reclamation trials for wetlands and borrow pits.
